Relaxing

Gentle arrival, guided breathing and light strokes over back and neck to build trust and release initial tension.

Smooth, continuous strokes along the spine and shoulders with longer glides to soften tight muscles.

Transition to the legs – long movements from feet to hips with soft kneading of calves and thighs to rebalance the lower body.

Turn to the front, massage of arms and hands followed by chest and neck, with gentle stretches to stimulate circulation.

Closing phase – very slow touch on neck and head, a short moment of silence, and wrapping the body in a warm towel.
